Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Class

Guided and silent Mindfulness Meditation. Gentle, relaxing drop-in class. No experience required.

Each week we take a few minutes to also explore different ways of understanding and practicing mindfulness - in day to day living, our body, our breath, our thoughts, our feelings. And how we care for ourselves while we care and interact with others.

Wednesdays 5-6pm $15 or $110 for 10 week pass.

mindfulness Retreat Day @ mallow Cottage

Book now for your place in this deeply relaxing and rejuvenating day in the beautiful, peaceful location of Mallow Organic Farm.

Alternate between discussion and group practice of the elements of mindfulness meditation. Helen is a skilled small group facilitator.

Mallow Wellbeing Week-end Retreat

Organise a group of friends/family/colleagues to spend a weekend in beautiful accommodation @ Mallow Cottage. Indulge in a holistic program including yoga, meditation, breathwork, massage & self-development.

Contact Helen to arrange your retreat & choose your dates - it will depend on availability of therapists & cottage accommodation. Small group numbers 4-6 only.

Mallow Wellbeing Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are available if you prefer to explore how to tailor stress management to your individual needs. Helen uses a variety of strategies including mindfulness meditation, breathing and health coaching to help support you.

Cost: $85/hr 1st appointment $70/hr subsequent sessions.
