Come and try restful, restorative practices that you can learn to blend with your everyday work & living tasks. Particularly helpful for those experiencing stress associated with current drought conditions.

Suitable for men & women over 18 yrs living in the drought affected areas of the Granite Belt & Traprock.
No need to sit cross legged – chairs, cushions and mats provided.
Participation at your own level of comfort and ease. Beginners encouraged to come.
