This is an introduction to Mindfulness Meditation.

Saturday 14th September 9am - 3pm @ Mallow Cottage Texas Rd Stanthorpe

A deeply relaxing and rejuvenating day in a beautiful, peaceful space.

Come and try restful, restorative practices that you can learn to blend with your everyday work & living tasks. Particularly helpful for those experiencing stress associated with current drought conditions.

Variety of Mindfulness practices in everyday life

  • Basic, easy mindful movement/yoga

  • Breath & body awareness meditations

  • Mindfulness of thoughts and feelings

  • Walking mindfully to the Bush Summerhouse

  • Option of creative mindful expression

  • Option of silent retreat day

  • Delicious morning tea & lunch provided

  • Suitable for men & women over 18 yrs living in the drought affected areas of the Granite Belt & Traprock.  

  • No need to sit cross legged – chairs, cushions and mats provided.

  • Participation at your own level of comfort and ease. Beginners encouraged to come.
