The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program is being offered FREE to the Stanthorpe Community with funding support from the Darling Downs and West Moreton Primary Health Network.
This 8 week program also includes a day retreat at Mallow Cottage in June. Helen Ferrier, a local Mindfulness and Health Practitioner will show you that with daily practice over time, mindfulness can help improve our ability to handle stress, and allow us to choose our thinking and feeling responses to be more focused, wise and positive.
